Job Description
Overview:
As an Application Developer you will design build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using Spring Boot. You will collaborate closely with the team to understand requirements design and code applications and ensure the quality and performance of the software. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about software development and looking to work with modern technologies in a dynamic environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Independent Work: Perform independently and establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Spring Boot.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to solving workrelated challenges.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with team members to understand application requirements and translate them into efficient software solutions.
- Design & Development: Design develop and test applications using Spring Boot ensuring they meet business needs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and performance of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work with crossfunctional teams to integrate software components and deliver endtoend solutions.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends tools and technologies.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies ensuring enhanced productivity and quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
MustHave Skills:
- Proficiency in Spring Boot framework.
- Strong understanding of ObjectOriented Programming (OOP) principles.
GoodtoHave Skills:
- Experience with Java Hibernate and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL or Oracle.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience with version control systems particularly Git.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Spring Boot.
- Education: A minimum of 15 years of fulltime education is required.
- Strong foundation in Java and related technologies.
