Job Description
Overview:
As an Application Developer you will be responsible for designing building and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. In this role you will lead the development of innovative solutions enhance user experiences and contribute to business growth by implementing new features. Your technical expertise and leadership will play a crucial role in guiding your team to success and ensuring highquality software delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) leading and managing the team to perform at their best.
- DecisionMaking: Be responsible for team decisions and engage with multiple teams to make key contributions in shaping the direction of projects.
- Solution Provider: Provide effective solutions to problems faced by your team and across various teams.
- Software Development: Lead the development and implementation of new software applications ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality expectations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features that enhance user experience and functionality.
- Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and resolve issues as they arise.
Professional & Technical Skills:
MustHave Skills:
- Proficiency in React.js framework.
- Strong understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
- Handson experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous JavaScript.
GoodtoHave Skills:
- Experience with TypeScript to enhance the quality and scalability of applications.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in React.js development.
- Education: A minimum of 15 years of fulltime education is required.
- Proven track record in leading teams and delivering highquality software solutions.
