About Us:
A reputed Real Estate Company specializing in highend residential and commercial properties working with prestigious clients including MultiNational Companies (MNCs) is inviting applications for employment in Sales roles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Product Sales: Actively sell real estate properties including villas flats and plots to diverse clientele.
- Lead Generation and Nurturing: Identify gather and nurture potential leads including NonResident Indians (NRIs) and NRI offices.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers ensuring seamless communication before during and after sales.
- PostSales Operations: Manage postsales processes ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- General Administrative Duties: Support general office administration tasks as required.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Industry Events Participation: Represent the company at real estate expos and events to expand the customer base and establish new sales channels.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Degree/Diploma from a reputed institution in Marketing & Sales Hospitality Management or Aviation Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in hospitality customer service or sales preferably in real estate or related fields. Preference given to those with Hospitality and/or Sales background
- Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience working with NRIs and High Net Worth Individuals will be given priority.
- Skills:
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and managing postsales operations.
- Welldressed sharp and able to present themselves professionally.
Compensation:
- Basic Pay: 15000 per month.
- Performancebased Incentives: Productionlinked bonuses commissions and other incentives will be offered based on the candidates capability and performance in improving the companys business.
Time Commitment:
- 3654 hours per week with flexibility for additional hours as required to achieve targets.
