Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate travel bookings for hotels flights and other arrangements.
- Handle booking modifications cancellations and confirmations with vendors and service providers.
- Prepare competitive travel quotations and ensure alignment with client policies and budgets.
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients addressing queries and providing travel solutions.
- Maintain client databases booking records and generate reports on bookings and feedback.
- Stay updated on travel trends airline schedules and visa requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with GDS tools like Amadeus Galileo or Sabre (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word Excel Outlook).
- Strong communication and clienthandling skills.
- Detailoriented with good typing speed and accuracy.
- Bachelor s degree in Travel & Tourism Hospitality or related fields (preferred).
