Role Overview:
The HR Operations Generalist will build manage and optimise processes.
This role demands attention to detail strong ethics and an automation / processdriven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategies and processdriven initiatives.
- Identify implement and manage automation tools to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
- Design implement and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Research and introduce AI tools and automation solutions to enhance workflows and processes.
- Generate insights from data to drive decisions and improve operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain proper documentation of processes procedures and records.
- Foster a positive culture and support initiatives that enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years in a similar role with one year of experience in HR.
- Location: Must be based in Jaipur or open to relocating to Jaipur.
