Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone email chat or social media platforms.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products services and company policies.
Problem Resolution:
  • Address and resolve client complaints and issues effectively.
  • Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate team or manager ensuring followup Daily and weekly.
Process Management:
  • Maintain detailed records of client communication feedback and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Adhere to company policies and quality standards during interactions.

Database Design and Maintenance:
  • Design develop and implement database systems to meet business requirements from BD
  • Maintain database from events inbound leads (registration) reference leads to separate the high relevance and actionable decision making
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed documentation of database in line with business requirements.
  • Generate reports for stakeholder s basis database performance and report actionable insights Status of the Accounts.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams like sales operations and technical support to resolve client query.
  • Provide feedback from client to help improve products or services.
Key Competencies:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities.
  • Empathy patience and a customerfirst attitude.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and excel applications.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Education: MBA degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 13 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
