Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Thane Mumbai
We are hiring for Mumbai based Fintech company. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) with 13 years of experience in B2B service sales. The ideal candidate will be skilled in generating leads managing the sales pipeline and building relationships with startups venture capitals and accounting firms. This role requires a proactive sales professional with experience in cold outreach LinkedIn Sales Navigator and B2B lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- EndtoEnd Sales Management:
- Identify potential clients build and maintain strong relationships with them.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals with a focus on promoting accounting and CFO services.
- Develop partnerships with CA firms outsourcing companies legal firms and venture capital firms to generate business for accounting tax services and CFO assignments.
- Lead Generation & Cold Outreach:
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator cold calling and cold emailing to reach out to potential clients including startups and MSMEs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads focusing on startups and smalltomedium enterprises (SMEs) seeking accounting and financial services.
- Engage in strategic cold outreach to organizations that require accounting support or CFO services.
- Partnership & Collaboration:
- Establish partnerships with various CA firms legal firms and outsourcing companies for outsourcing work related to accounting tax services and CFO assignments.
- Connect with CPA firms in regions like the US UK Singapore Japan and Australia to explore outsourcing opportunities for accounting services.
- Sales Strategy & Market Research:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target B2B services in the finance and accounting sector.
- Keep track of market trends and customer needs to refine sales approaches and offer tailored solutions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Foster longterm relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor for startups and SMEs ensuring satisfaction and repeat business through strong service delivery.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 13 years of experience in business development preferably in B2B services.
- Proven track record in lead generation cold calling and building B2B relationships.
- Handson experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other outreach tools for client acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance services is preferred.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment while being part of a collaborative team.
