Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Fitter with an ITI Fitter qualification to join our assembly team. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine assembly particularly with Special Purpose Machines (SPM) manipulators and conveyors. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Interpretation: Study read and understand schematic diagrams blueprints product manuals and process documents to gather information regarding parts fixtures and tools.
- Equipment Setup: Set up arrange and operate equipment as per specifications and instructions from the supervisor.
- Assembly Operations: Assemble parts or components to build complete products ensuring precision and adherence to technical specifications.
- Component Integration: Contribute to fitting building or reconstruction of various parts to ensure smooth amalgamation of components.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular tests and inspections to ensure products are formed in accordance with specifications.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and communicate suggestions to senior personnel to maintain product quality.
- OnSite Installation: Execute installation tasks at client sites ensuring proper setup and functionality of assembled machinery.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel across India for onsite installations and support.
Skills Required:
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Assembly Expertise: Handson experience in assembling machinery particularly SPMs manipulators and conveyors.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure precision in assembly and adherence to quality standards.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to identify issues during assembly and implement effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
- Physical Stamina: Capability to perform manual labor including lifting standing and working in various environmental conditions.
Qualifications:
- ITI Fitter certification.
- Experience in machine assembly preferably with SPMs manipulators and conveyors.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Willingness to travel pan India for onsite installations.
Working Conditions:
- Standard working hours with potential for overtime during peak periods.
- Work may involve exposure to noisy environments and requires adherence to safety protocols.
