Job Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for automation projects including hardware software installation and labor costs.
- Assess the scope of work and technical specifications to generate comprehensive cost breakdowns.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to understand system requirements and potential challenges.
- Develop pricing strategies for automation solutions ensuring competitiveness in the market while maintaining profitability.
- Prepare and review proposals considering factors such as materials labor engineering design and overheads.
- Provide clients with costeffective solutions based on their specifications and project requirements.
- Develop project budgets track expenses and ensure that the costs are in line with estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review cost variances and identify areas for cost reduction or improvement.
- Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors for materials components and services required in automation projects.
- Negotiate terms pricing and lead times with suppliers to ensure costeffective procurement.
