Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Meta advertising a deep understanding of the fashion industry and a proven track record of delivering ROIdriven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to clients goals and brand identity.
- Meta Ads Management: Plan execute and optimize campaigns on Facebook and Instagram ensuring high performance and ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools generate insights and provide detailed reports to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to produce engaging content ad creatives and landing pages.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay updated on digital marketing trends particularly in the fashion industry and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize returns.
- SEO & SEM: Oversee and coordinate SEO and SEM efforts to enhance online visibility and organic reach.
- Training & Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in digital marketing with a strong focus on Meta ads is a plus.
- Familiarity with the fashion industry and its marketing nuances.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager and other reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of additional platforms (Google Ads LinkedIn) is a plus.
