Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and resultsdriven Commercial Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling commercial properties cultivating relationships with prospective clients and identifying new business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in achieving revenue goals expanding our market presence and providing exceptional service to clients in the commercial real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and generate leads for commercial real estate properties including office spaces retail and industrial properties.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand the company s commercial property portfolio.
  • Conduct property viewings present properties to potential clients and negotiate lease/sale agreements.
  • Follow up on leads close sales and ensure a smooth transaction process from start to finish.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with corporate clients investors landlords and tenants.
  • Provide highquality customer service and support throughout the sales or leasing process.
  • Understand client requirements and match them to suitable commercial properties.
  • Resolve client concerns addressing any issues quickly and professionally.
  1. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze market trends property values and competitive offerings to ensure optimal pricing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients new opportunities and areas for business growth.
  • Stay informed about the local real estate market including zoning regulations and market demands.
  1. Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of commercial leases or property sales to secure profitable deals.
  • Ensure all legal financial and contractual aspects are handled effectively during negotiations and closures.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and agreements for clients ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  1. Sales Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
  • Track and manage sales targets to meet and exceed objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Real Estate or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in commercial real estate sales or a similar sales role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a real estate environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market and trends.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
  • Strong presentation and closing skills.
