Job Description
Senior Consultant Palo Alto Panorama and Prisma Access
Location: Bengaluru Hyderabad Kolkata Pune Mumbai Chennai Gurugram (Hybrid)
Package: Up to 30 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Interview Mode: FacetoFace (January)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Palo Alto Expertise: Over 8 years of experience in managing and configuring Palo Alto Firewalls Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access via Strata Cloud and Panorama.
- Network and Security Architecture: Experience in designing network and security architectures ensuring robust solutions that align with business needs.
- Handson Experience:
- Configuration and management of Panorama Log Collector template management and policy configurations.
- Indepth understanding of Prisma Access Prisma Gateway security policies DNS security decryption and other nextgeneration firewall features.
- Solution Implementation: Ability to design implement and support Palo Alto solutions for enhanced network security.
- Troubleshooting: Excellent troubleshooting skills particularly for firewall issues Global Protect configurations and application slowness problems.
- VPN/Policy Management: Experience managing firewall VPNs rules and policies (Palo Alto) Panorama and Prisma Access configurations.
- Routing and Switching: Practical experience working with routing and switching products ensuring seamless integration with Palo Alto appliances.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills both written and verbal to effectively communicate technical information.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical ability to resolve complex multifaceted problems with a systematic approach.
- Project Support: Contribute to or support project work when required ensuring project deadlines and objectives are met.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team bringing analytical and technical expertise to every task.
- Documentation: Ability to structure and draft detailed technical documentation for Palo Alto solutions and configurations.
- Ticket Management: Experience managing Incidents Requests and Change tickets in ServiceNow ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer) PCCSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Cloud Security Engineer) etc. are preferred.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 8 years in network and security engineering with expertise in Palo Alto Panorama Prisma Access and related technologies.
- Certifications: PCNSE PCCSE and other relevant certifications are a must.
- Location Flexibility: Able to work from hybrid locations in Bengaluru Hyderabad Kolkata Pune Mumbai Chennai and Gurugram.
- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
