Overview
The Field Sales Officer (Personal Loan) plays a crucial role in our organization by driving the sales of personal loan products to potential customers. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales preferably in financial services.
- Strong understanding of personal loan products and financial terminology.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
