Novi based in Kraljevo Serbia offers a comprehensive solution for companies in the financial industry. Our experience in the financial sector has taught us that successful digital transformation is not only about technology but also about smart business strategy and a deep understanding of customer needs.
We are seeking a teamoriented individual who is eager to learn and thinks strategically to join us as a Product Manager / Project Manager (100%). We offer a longterm perspective with a 100% remote position complemented by regular team events.
Tasks
- Definition and prioritization of product requirements and roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders design and development teams.
- Ensuring project goals are met in terms of business objectives timelines and budgets.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product features.
- Monitoring and optimizing the performance and usability of products in close cooperation with QA design and development teams.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders (e.g. customers management and design and development teams) to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Tracking project progress identifying risks and implementing proactive solutions to overcome challenges.
Requirements
- Experience in defining and prioritizing product requirements and roadmaps ideally in collaboration with customers design and development teams.
- Strong background in product or project management within software development ideally with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban).
- Basic understanding of software development processes and tools to effectively collaborate with design and development teams.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to align stakeholders (e.g. customers design and development teams).
- Structured and solutionoriented mindset capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining focus on business objectives.
- Resilient teamoriented personality with a customerfocused approach to problemsolving.
- High quality awareness and attention to detail ensuring excellent results in all aspects of product management.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a big plus.
