As part of their ongoing digital transformation our client operates a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform integrated with multiple systems housing critical claims and contract information. This platform serves nearly 4500 users and evolves continuously to keep pace with emerging needs.

Tasks
Join an interdisciplinary team where youll define and implement impactful solutions while collaborating with product owners developers and business stakeholders. As a CRM Solution Architect you will:
- Design technical solution concepts for functionalities within the MS Dynamics CRM platform.
- Ensure feasibility drive continuous improvement and align technical strategies with stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives to enhance team efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with security regulatory standards and sustainable solution design.
- Share your expertise with the team and actively promote the platform through product presentations.
Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM and a deep understanding of business processes.
- A cando attitude selfmotivation and the ability to solve complex problems in an agile setup (Scrum/SAFe).

- Familiarity with technologies such as Power Platform C# JavaScript/TypeScript Azure AppServices and TSQL.
- Handson experience with Azure Dynamics 365 customization and programming in C# is advantageous.
