A Client Servicing Executive is a professional responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients ensuring their needs and expectations are met while fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty. Below is a detailed overview of the role:
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Build and maintain longterm relationships.
  • Understand clients needs and ensure theyre met effectively.
  1. Service Delivery:
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects or services on time.
  • Address and resolve any client issues or complaints promptly.
  1. Communication:
  • Regularly update clients on project progress milestones and performance metrics.
  • Communicate client feedback to the relevant teams to improve service offerings.
  1. Upselling & CrossSelling:
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional services or products.
  • Present customized solutions to enhance client value.
  1. Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare regular reports on client interactions project updates and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and agreements.
  1. ProblemSolving:
  • Address client concerns proactively and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth workflows and resolutions.
