Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth:
- Strategically optimize channel performance to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with sales channels to implement best practices and drive business growth.
- Channel Management:
- Monitor and oversee the performance of offrole teams.
- Provide consistent training coaching and resources to address skill gaps and ensure high team performance.
- Motivate and Engage Teams:
- Foster a positive and highenergy environment by maintaining clear and transparent communication.
- Recognize and reward outstanding performance to sustain high morale and engagement levels.
- Quality Assurance and Fraud Prevention:
- Monitor activities to identify and minimize fraudulent practices.
- Enforce company policies and ensure adherence to ethical business standards.
- Incentive Optimization:
- Design implement and regularly evaluate incentive systems to align with market trends and drive desired behaviors.
- Development and Retention of Channel Teams:
- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill teams and promote professional growth.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve team performance and retention.
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
- Track key performance metrics to evaluate team progress and channel success.
- Address underperformance through corrective actions and tailored development plans.

Requirements:
- Experience:
- 5 years of experience in channel sales team management or a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage offrole teams and deliver measurable results.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing incentive systems tailored to market dynamics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance metrics and detect fraud patterns.
- Expertise in training and development to enhance team capabilities.

- Educational Qualifications:
