Overview:The IT Application Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the development implementation and maintenance of software applications within the organization. This position ensures that all applications run smoothly and meet the business needs efficiently. IT Application Managers collaborate with IT teams stakeholders and external vendors to evaluate new technologies enhance application functionality and improve user experience. - Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning and execution of application development projects ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage the application life cycle from development through testing to deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

- Conduct regular performance assessments of applications and implement improvements.

- 8 years of experience in application management or related IT fields.
- Proven experience in software development and project management.
- Strong understanding of application life cycle management.
- Experience with Agile and ITIL frameworks.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in software design principles and programming languages.
- Experience with database management systems.
- Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
- Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools.
- Experience in training users and creating documentation.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
