We are seeking a passionate and experienced Junior Social Media Specialist to join our team

In this role you will play a vital role in planning and executing strategic marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility drive customer acquisition and generate leads.
As a Junior Social Media Specialist you will create engaging content manage social media accounts analyze data and implement strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow Winvestas online presence and drive engagement across various platforms such as Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Create original highquality content including posts images and videos that align with Winvestas brand voice and messaging.
- Ideal candidates should have experience in content creation and a proven track record of making content go viral.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram is essential. Additionally they should have developed a playbook outlining successful strategies and best practices.
- Monitor social media trends tools and applications and recommend opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and optimize content for maximum impact.
- Keep uptodate with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
- 03 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Good to Have
- Experience in the fintech industry or crossborder payments
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot Marketo etc.)
- Graphic design skills for creating visual assets
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau Google Data Studio etc.)
- Understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager etc.)
