Job Description
Job Opportunity: Agile Program Manager
Location: Pune
Experience: 5 Years
Work Mode: Hybrid
Budget: 12 to 18 LPA
Shift Timing: Overlap with US (8:30 pm to 11:30 pm IST)
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead teams through sprint planning retrospectives and more.
- Quarterly Planning: Develop and manage endtoend plans ensuring alignment with quarterly objectives.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Manage programs across a matrix organization engaging with diverse teams.
- Risk Management: Identify inefficiencies potential risks and resolve crossteam issues promptly.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee daytoday coordination ensuring tasks are executed to the highest standards.
- Metrics & KPIs: Define track and own key performance indicators.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on delivery progress.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams across Forge to ensure alignment and delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years in technical project or program management roles.
- Education: Bachelors degree in a technical discipline.
- CrossFunctional Skills: Proven ability to collaborate across teams prioritize needs and ensure accountability.
- Project Planning: Strong skills in project forecasting tracking and resource allocation.
- ProblemSolving: Systematic and analytical approach to challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills with a high sense of ownership and drive.
Nice to Have:
- Industry Knowledge: Fintech financial services or experience in regulated industries.
- Agile Tools: Experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Reports & Dashboards: Expertise in building reports and dashboards.
- Certifications: PMIACP CSM CSPO SAFe Scrum @ Scale.
Core Skills:
- Agile Coaching: Mentor teams to excel in Agile practices.
- Agile Ceremony Facilitation: Lead and optimize sprint ceremonies.
- Atlassian Tools: Skilled in JIRA Confluence for project management.
- Process Mapping: Refine product delivery processes through analysis.
- Roles Experience: Proven experience in Project Management Technical Program Management or Agile Program Management.
