Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Identify target audiences and create content that resonates with our customer base.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our brand remains at the forefront.
Content Creation:
- Produce highquality visually appealing content for various social media platforms (Instagram Facebook Youtube Twitter Pinterest etc.).
- Write compelling and onbrand copy for posts captions and other promotional materials.
Influencer Collaboration:
- Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns and collaborations to drive brand awareness and product visibility.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor social media analytics to track performance identify trends and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to inform decisionmaking.
Requirements
- Proficient in Bengali.
- 12 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms trends and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
