Job Title: AEM Developer

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. AEM Development:

• Design develop and maintain AEM applications using best practices.
• Create and manage AEM components templates and services.
• Develop custom functionalities using Sightly (HTL) Sling Models and OSGi services.

1. FrontEnd Development:

• Implement responsive and userfriendly interfaces using HTML CSS and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional components.

1. BackEnd Development:

• Develop and integrate Javabased backend services.
• Ensure seamless integration with thirdparty systems and APIs.

1. AEM Sites Deployment:

• Manage AEM Sites deployment processes.
• Configure Dispatcher for caching load balancing and security.
• Handle clustering and fragmentation to ensure high availability and performance.

1. CMS Management:

• Develop and maintain CMS functionalities to support content management needs.
• Optimize CMS performance and scalability.

1. Technical Documentation:

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Document code changes system configurations and deployment procedures.

1. Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing design and QA.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AEMrelated issues.

1. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry best practices.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 4 years of handson experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.
• Proven experience with AEM components templates and services development.
• Technical Skills:
• Programming Languages:
• Strong proficiency in Java Java EE Servlets JSP Tag Libraries and JSTL.
• AEM Expertise:
• Deep understanding of AEM building blocks including templates components and touch UI dialogs.
• Proficient in Sightly (HTL) Sling Models and OSGi services and components.
• Deployment & Configuration:
• Indepth knowledge of AEM Sites deployment Dispatcher configuration clustering and fragmentation.
• CMS Development:
• Extensive experience in CMS development and management.
• Repositories:
• Strong understanding of JCR/CRX repositories.
• Frameworks & Tools:
• Expertise in Apache Sling and related frameworks.
• FrontEnd Technologies:
• Proficient in HTML CSS JavaScript and responsive design principles.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
• Detailoriented with a commitment to quality and best practices.

• Certifications:

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
