Job Description:
We are seeking a midlevel Product Designer with strong UI/UX skills experience in design documentation and the ability to conduct user research and analyse competitor products. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in delivering seamless usercentered digital solutions for web and mobile applications while contributing to a growing product ecosystem.
Role and Responsibilities:
Create and maintain detailed design documentation ensuring clarity and consistency for developers stakeholders and team members.
Lead user research initiatives including interviews surveys and usability testing to gather actionable insights and inform design decisions.
Analyse competitor products and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement in our product design.
Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for both web and mobile applications ensuring a consistent user experience across platforms.
Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives and user needs.
Develop wireframes user flows prototypes and highfidelity mockups to visually communicate design ideas and user journeys.
Contribute to the design and development of CRM systems focusing on enhancing the user experience and streamlining user workflows.
Design for Flutter and native mobile apps (iOS/Android) applying best practices in mobile UI/UX design.
Stay informed about competitor products and perform feature comparisons to ensure our product stays competitive in the market.
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately contributing to frontend performance optimization and UI consistency.
Lead or participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure highquality deliverables.
Collaborate on design systems and reusable UI components that ensure consistency and scalability across the product suite. Product Designer 2024 VMax Tech Internal
Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve product design.
Required skills:
3 years of experience in UI/UX design with handson experience in user research and design documentation.
Proven ability to document design processes create technical specs and communicate design intent to crossfunctional teams.
Experience analyzing competitor products to inform design improvements and product strategy.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar.
Solid understanding of UX principles including conducting user interviews building personas and usability testing.
Experience creating wireframes prototypes and highfidelity visual designs for both web and mobile applications.
Knowledge of CRM systems and experience designing userfriendly workflows and interfaces for CRM platforms.
Strong experience designing for mobilefirst and responsive web platforms as well as Flutter and native mobile apps.
Familiarity with design systems and the creation of reusable components. Effective communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders and team members.
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate closely with developers.
Additional Experience:
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and understanding the unique challenges in designing for SaaS products.
Experience with A/B testing and analyzing user behavior data to refine design solutions.
Knowledge of animation and microinteractions to enhance mobile and web interfaces.
Experience working on realtime data products and understanding WebSocketbased UI patterns.
Understanding of accessibility standards and how to design for inclusivity.
Passion for health and wellness with a desire to contribute to products that impact users lives in positive ways.
