Job Summary
Lumenci is a legal tech startup founded by group of IIT alumni in US. Lumenci s mission is to transform the legal and intellectual property industry in US & Europe with groundbreaking products and services. We are currently looking to build an exceptionally strong technical team in Gurgaon India to help us deliver high quality products and services to our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide technology consulting services to law firms and corporates.
- Ability to perform different kinds of priorart searches validity/invalidity searches novelty assessments patent landscapes FTOs etc.
- Understand underlying technologies to analyze patent portfolios and help solve clients core technical queries.
- Lead teams conducting research & analysis including but not limited to technology research and patent analytics.
- Strong knowledge of materials science including nanomaterials polymers composites metals ceramics and related technologies.
- Work closely with semiconductor batteries supercapacitor and materials reverse engineering labs.
- Ability to interpret patent claims and assess their applicability to specific materialsbased technologies.
- Sound knowledge of US EP patent laws and practices.
- Execute work in patent databases such as Orbit Derwent Espacenet etc.
- Explain complex technology matters to nontechnical audiences.
- Showcase technology and IP thought leadership via blogs and research reports.
- Collaborate across the organization inperson and with virtual global teams.
- Establish and cultivate relationships internally and externally.
Expected Competencies and Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highlevel understanding of materials science and nanotechnology Concepts fabrication and related testing.
- Expert level Proficiency in technical research.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good in managing client expectations.
- Customeroriented approach.
- Problemsolving aptitude.
- Ability to think critically learn fast and work with minimal supervision under tight deadlines.
Education and Experience
- BTech/ M.Tech/Ph.D. in Materials Engineering Materials Science Polymer Science Nanotechnology Chemical Engineering Electronics and related fields from premier colleges such as IITs BITS and NITs.
- 23 years of experience in relevant IP industry or Tech industry e.g.Semiconductor Nanotechnology Materials and Polymer Sciences.
