Job Summary:
As a Human Resource Executive you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various daytoday operations including recruitment employee engagement performance management and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh MBA graduates with a strong interest in HR practices to apply their knowledge in a realworld setting while learning and growing in the HR domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process including job posting screening resumes coordinating interviews and facilitating smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Employee Records & HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives including organizing events surveys and feedback mechanisms to foster a positive work culture.
- Performance Management: Assist in coordinating the performance appraisal process tracking employee progress and supporting managers with feedback and development plans.
- Training & Development: Help with identifying training needs coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records.
- HR Compliance: Ensure HR processes and practices comply with relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns providing support where necessary and escalating issues to HR management as needed.
- Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing HR reports including turnover rates employee satisfaction and other HRrelated metrics.
- HR Projects: Contribute to HR projects such as policy updates diversity and inclusion initiatives and talent development programs.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: MBA in Human Resources Personnel Management or a related field (Freshers welcome).
- Knowledge of HR Principles: Basic understanding of HR processes labor laws recruitment and employee relations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and collaborate across various departments.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues and making improvements.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Tools: Familiarity with HR software (e.g. HRIS Applicant Tracking Systems) and MS Office suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) is an advantage.
