Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team and help us identify engage and hire top IT talent. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing screening and coordinating the hiring process for a variety of technical roles including software developers system administrators data engineers and more. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about the technology industry and has proven expertise in recruiting for diverse IT positions. You ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver qualified candidates for each role.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Outreach: Use various channels (job boards social media professional networks) to source and attract top talent for IT and technical roles.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews assessing candidates for skills experience and cultural fit.
Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements create job descriptions and tailor recruitment strategies to specific roles.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates ensuring a continuous flow of top talent for current and future hiring needs.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business IT or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruiting and Contract Staffing is a must
Knowledge: Familiarity with common programming languages frameworks and other technical terminology; understanding of tech industry trends.
Skills:
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with startups or tech companies or Staffing or Recruitment Firms.
Familiarity with recruiting on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub and Stack Overflow.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices for diversity and inclusion.
