Job Description

Role: Sales Manager
Exp: 7 Yrs
Working Mode: 5 Days Hybrid
Location: Noida

Job Description:
As a Sales/Account Manager at BPK Tech you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales and business development efforts within the IT Sector. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships identifying opportunities for growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Business Development: Proactively identify and target potential clients within the healthcare IT product consulting and technology sectors. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market presence.
Sales Cycle Management: Understand the sales cycle and effectively manage it from prospecting to closing deals. Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress using CRM tools.
Client Account Growth: Work closely with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling crossselling and delivering additional value through our products and services.
Appointment Booking: Have a strong zeal for Outbound calling Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients providing them with insights into our solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition of BPK Tech.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on sales activities opportunities and results. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Sales Presentation and Demos: One of the key responsibilities is to excel in delivering effective sales presentations and product demonstrations. This involves engaging with potential clients and showcasing our solutions in a compelling and persuasive manner.
Track and interpret sales metrics to evaluate performance and drive ongoing enhancements. Develop an indepth familiarity with our products/services to articulate value propositions effectively.
Strong communicator who can take the insights and implications found in the data and relate them through cohesive narratives.
Help ensure objectives are being met on time while maintaining the quality and integrity of the work.
Record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas personally.
Working within CRM and log activities and has ability to collaborate and ideate with stakeholders inside and outside of immediate team and group.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor/master s degree in business Marketing/Sales/Operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 711 years in sales and business development preferably within the healthtech healthcare IT software product consulting or technology sectors software selling experience in North American/Canadian Markets is a huge plus.
  • Well versed with B2B environment cold calling and outbound approach for setting up client meetings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about our products and services.

Location Time & Shift:
Location: Noida
Monday to Friday 01.00 PM to 11.00 PM IST
