Ratti Brands Private Limited is a New York & New Delhibased High Performance Beauty Startup. Our premium Skincare brand Melblok is a Dermaceutical brand that is marketed online as well as through physical retail and aesthetic clinics / dermatologist offices.
If you are an enthusiastic selfmotivated hardworking and energetic person who loves Numbers and a has good organization skills with detail orientation then Ratti Brands is looking for you.
Responsibilities:
Expertise in Tally (Mandatory)
Expertise in GST filling
TDS Filing
Import & Export entries in Tally
Account and Bookkeeping with all journal entries.
Stock management and Bill of Materials
Excellent Expert Excel Skills
Balance Sheet Drafting Cashflow analysis budgeting
MIS Reporting
Manufacturing Accounts with Stock maintenance
Invoicing & EInvoicing
Reconciliation Bank Debtors and Creditors
Branch Accounting
Coordinate with Auditors
Coordinating with Tax Authorities as Required for Compliance Purposes
Coordinating with the company s CA s and Financial Advisors
Additional accounts and operations activities as required by company.
Travel Requirement:
Occasional traveling between branch offices.
The candidate must possess their own vehicle (preferable).
Highly Preferable Requirements:
Expertise in Zoho Books
Having worked with eCommerce Sales of Goods
Eway bill generation & Logistics Experience
Excellent Computer Skills
Experience with working on Shopify is a Plus.
Chartered Accounting is a Plus.
Software like Procuzy is a plus
Education:
Bachelors or Masters in Commerce Accounting & Finance.
Chartered Accounting
Work Experience:
Experience in cosmetics pharma or health/beauty care industry preferred (Not Mandatory)
5 Years in accounting & Finance required.
Experience in Manufacturing and Retail accounting and taxation

Note: This is a growth position. As the company is growing the successful candidate will get a chance to rapidly progress into higher roles.
