We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead the sales function in our IT
organization. The Sales Head will be responsible for strategizing planning and executing sales initiatives to drive revenue growth build strong client relationships and expand the business in line with organizational goals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills a deep understanding of the IT industry and a proven track record in managing large sales teams and closing highvalue deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Creation of New Line Of Business:
o Establish of new line of business like ERP CRM BI Cybersecurity etc. and create
sales practices by crafting a strategic blueprint that aligns with company goals and
market trends.
o Identifying new growth areas defining sales processes and setting up frameworks
for prospecting client engagement and account management.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
o Conduct market research to identify trends emerging technologies and
competitor activities.
o Adapt sales strategies based on market shifts industry developments and new
technology offerings.
o Provide regular updates to senior management on market insights and competitive
positioning.
Team Leadership & Management:
o Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
o Conduct regular performance reviews provide feedback and foster professional
growth for team members.
o Ensure the team is wellequipped with product knowledge and sales skills through
training and development programs.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
o Build and nurture longterm relationships with key clients ensuring high levels of
customer satisfaction.
o Identify potential clients oversee negotiations and close highvalue deals.
o Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends to
provide tailored solutions.
Revenue & Profitability Management:
o Monitor revenue profit margins and costs to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
o Provide accurate sales forecasting and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
o Work closely with the finance team to ensure alignment of pricing strategies and
contract negotiations.
Collaboration with Crossfunctional Teams:
o Work closely with marketing product development and customer success teams
to align efforts and drive business growth.
o Collaborate with the IT and technical teams to ensure products and services meet
client expectations.
Reporting & Analytics:
o Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance revenue generation
and business development activities to the executive team.
o Use datadriven insights to refine sales strategies and improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business IT or related field; MBA preferred.
More than 15 years of experience in IT sales managing Enterprise clients with at
least 78 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the IT sector.
Strong understanding of IT products services and emerging technologies.
Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead a highperforming sales team in a fastpaced competitive environment.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Clevel executives and key decision
makers.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
Familiarity with cloud solutions SaaS cybersecurity and digital transformation services.
Experience in global sales and managing sales teams across regions.
