The SDR will focus on outbound outreach marketing activities to identify qualify and nurture potential leads while leveraging advanced marketing tools such as Factors.ai Apollo.io and others. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about lead generation market research and leveraging trending technology to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
Proactively research and identify potential clients through various sources including databases Email LinkedIn and other tools.
Reach out to prospects using outbound methods such as cold emails calls and social media outreach to introduce APPSeCONNECTs solutions and value proposition.
Use Factors.ai Apollo.io and other outreach tools to build and execute targeted prospecting campaigns.
Sequence Copy Creation & Workflow Management
Ideate and create tailored sequence copies (email templates call scripts and social messages) to nurture leads through multistep workflows.
Optimize copywriting for personalization relevance and high response rates ensuring alignment with the target audiences needs.
Continuously test and refine workflow sequences based on performance metrics like open rates reply rates and conversion rates.
Lead Qualification
Engage with leads to understand their business needs and challenges related to integration solutions.
Evaluate and qualify leads based on companydefined metrics ensuring alignment with the ideal customer profile.
Advanced Marketing Tools Usage
Utilize outbound marketing tools to track measure and analyse campaign performance providing actionable insights to refine outreach strategies.
Leverage CRM tools to log activities track interactions and manage a pipeline of potential leads.
Continuously experiment with and adopt new tools and methods to optimize outreach efficiency and effectiveness.
Pipeline & Relationship Management
Develop and maintain a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales team by staying consistent with outreach efforts.
Build strong relationships with potential clients maintaining a professional yet personalized approach.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
Experience & Skills
3 years of experience in an SDR lead generation or similar outbound role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and outreach KPIs.
Strong knowledge and handson experience with tools like Factors.ai Apollo.io HubSpot and equivalent platforms.
Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
Comfortable with cold calling email campaigns and other outbound sales techniques.
