Restaurant Executive Chef
Needed for an Upscale Casual Italian Concept in the Carmel/Zionsville markets
Up to $70000 starting base salary
Benefits:

About the opportunity:
Very popular upscale casual Italian fullservice restaurant with a location in Zionsville IN and two located in Carmel IN
General Responsibilities:
- Shared responsibility of all BOH responsibilities for a singleunit upscale fullservice restaurant
- An upscale dining experience is strongly preferred
- Manage staff (schedule assist in training handle issues etc.)
- Ensure policies & procedures are upheld
- Ensure store cleanliness and general upkeep etc.
- Participate in sales programs
- Other tasks as needed to run a successful unit
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have high volume experience of at least $1.0 million or above
- You must have worked as a salaried Manager for at least 2 years
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You must have full flexibility with your schedule.
- Good longevity in current and past positions is preferred
- No more than 56 jobs in the last 10 years
