Job Description
Overview
Must have participated in at least one support and endtoend implementation of SAP S/4HANA with a focus on Overhead Controlling: including Project Controlling Cost Element Accounting ActivityBased Costing and Asset Accounting.
Should be proficient in configuring key areas such as Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Internal Orders Planning Budgeting Availability Control and PeriodEnd Closing.
Candidate should have experience in independently writing Functional Specifications and have worked on custom objects from initial development to deployment.
Experienced in designing building and deploying processes for Make to Order (MTO) and Make to Stock (MTS).
Proficient in Material Ledger configuration for material valuation in multiple currencies and for calculating actual costs enabling accurate material reports.
Familiar with Material Ledger and multiple valuations capable of performing realtime consolidation across purchases manufacturing sales and intercompany sales eliminating intercompany revenues and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) in realtime.
Experience executing a business blueprint and documenting business requirements clearly for a technical process team.
Knowledge of crossmodule integration of Controlling (CO) with Sales and Distribution (SD) Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning.
Expertise in cost accounting and product costing/inventory valuation.
Strong understanding of scenarios such as product cost by order product cost by period and product cost by sales order.
Experience configuring Report Painter and SAP queries.
Should have experience with the Migration Cockpit.
Must have experience in configuring and enhancing COPA (Controlling Profitability Analysis) characteristic derivation and valuation.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications.
Must have experience with various reporting requirements in COPA.
Experience configuring COPA planning functions.
Capable of designing and configuring COPA reporting including forms derivation rules structures product and customer hierarchy PA settlement realignments and integration issues.
Should have experience in managing monthend and yearend controlling activities.
Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA CO application functionality design and implementation.
Experience in S/4HANA implementation and support for SAP CO including Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Cost Element Accounting (CEA) Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Internal Orders (IO) COProduct Costing (COPC) and COProfitability Analysis (COPA).
Proficient in user support troubleshooting and error resolution.
Strong experience with WRICEF (Workflows Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements and Forms).
Familiarity with interfaces utilizing IDOCs ALE Proxies EDI and RFC.
Strong understanding of business processes to recommend SAP solutions for various scenarios.
Capable of resolving complex issues and independently managing critical situations.
