Job Description
- Site maintenance: Ensuring the site is wellmaintained and safe for use including performing repairs and general maintenance
- Security: Ensuring the site is secure and preventing unauthorized access
- Cleaning: Ensuring the site is clean including ordering supplies and managing cleaning staff
- Energy conservation: Monitoring energy usage and promoting energy conservation
- Access: Providing access to the site to authorized people
- Safety: Ensuring safety regulations are followed including conducting safety inspections and training
- Quality control: Ensuring work meets quality standards and specifications
- Budget management: Overseeing the project budget and monitoring expenses
- Communication: Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues
- Team coordination: Coordinating the activities of workers and subcontractors
- Problem resolution: Addressing and resolving issues that arise onsite
- Reporting: Providing regular updates to project managers
