Job Description

Job Title: Mechanical Superintendent

Location: Charlotte NC (Onsite)
Job Type: FullTime

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Mechanical Superintendent is a critical leadership position offers the opportunity to work on highprofile multimilliondollar projects that redefine city skylines and deliver outstanding customer value.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage evaluate and provide training for field project team members.
  • Plan organize and oversee the production of the contracted scope of work.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers inspectors and other trades.
  • Coordinate with other trades and the general contractor attending meetings to address and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Ensure installations meet mechanical code standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Oversee material and personnel resources to adhere to project schedules.
  • Uphold company standards of safety quality and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience as a skilled field supervisor managing crews and leading multimilliondollar construction projects.
  • Experience in multifamily residential and commercial construction preferred.
  • Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the National Building Code local codes and construction safety requirements.
  • Familiarity with construction project management tools such as Bluebeam BIM 360 Fieldwire Procore OpenSpace and CrewConnect preferred.
  • Strong commitment to core values including integrity accountability teamwork innovation and growth.
