Job Title: Mechanical Superintendent
Location: Charlotte NC (Onsite)

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Mechanical Superintendent is a critical leadership position offers the opportunity to work on highprofile multimilliondollar projects that redefine city skylines and deliver outstanding customer value.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage evaluate and provide training for field project team members.
- Plan organize and oversee the production of the contracted scope of work.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers inspectors and other trades.
- Coordinate with other trades and the general contractor attending meetings to address and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ensure installations meet mechanical code standards and quality benchmarks.
- Oversee material and personnel resources to adhere to project schedules.
- Uphold company standards of safety quality and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
REQUIREMENTS:
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience as a skilled field supervisor managing crews and leading multimilliondollar construction projects.
- Experience in multifamily residential and commercial construction preferred.
- Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the National Building Code local codes and construction safety requirements.
- Familiarity with construction project management tools such as Bluebeam BIM 360 Fieldwire Procore OpenSpace and CrewConnect preferred.
