onboarding/offboarding employees laptops (can equipment be stored with vendor)
okta admin
network mgmt (Meraki)
azure admin
gen system admin
software support & deployment (patches updates testing)
on top of payments to vendors for renewals
vendor mgmt & recommendations
hardware troubleshooting
immediate IT troubleshooting
access to email if legal requests it
oncall for emergencies (i.e. wifi out)
help with purchasing equipment (probably need an approval process)
ccpa security scorecard making recommendations
disaster recovery plans
security around:
office wifi
vpn
internal network
(Cisco & Azure)
used to have security team of 1/2 people but now gone
