Job Description
Job Title: Lead Analyst(US Citizens only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:- Collect analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop dashboards reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Lead a team of analysts providing guidance mentorship and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Assign tasks manage workloads and monitor the progress of team deliverables.
- Work closely with business leaders project managers and crossfunctional teams to understand organizational goals and align analytical efforts.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Identify inefficiencies in current business processes and propose datadriven solutions for optimization.
- Develop and maintain documentation for analytical processes and methodologies.
- Oversee the planning execution and delivery of analytical projects ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Identify risks dependencies and potential roadblocks providing solutions to mitigate challenges.
- Leverage advanced analytics tools and software such as SQL Python R Tableau Power BI or similar platforms.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend tools to enhance the organizations analytical capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Business Analytics Computer Science or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Experience in data analysis business intelligence or a related role with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. SQL Excel Python R) and visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage teams and work collaboratively in a crossfunctional environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Certification in data analytics or related tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI or Six Sigma).
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
