Job Description
- You are responsible for the design implementation and continuous groupwide improvement of the PurchasetoPay (P2P) process.
- You drive the digital transformation of the entire P2P process chain considering the existing technical systems landscape and beyond.
- You act as the central point of contact for the accounting department.
- You create value by enabling finance teams to effectively use and integrate various crossfunctional processes and tools (ERP EProcurement Tableau MS Office & SharePoint DMS etc.).
- You conduct indepth process analyses to understand the needs of all stakeholders and assess the impact of processes.
- You provide onsite support and assistance during the implementation and golive phases of key projects.
Qualifications :
- You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance Accounting or Controlling.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a financial environment ideally within a fastgrowing company or a consulting firm.
- You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills along with a holistic understanding of the P2P process.
- You have experience in implementing or working with ERP systems and other tools along the P2P process chain.
- You are capable of working with crossfunctional departments and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can express yourself fluently in English at a C1 level. German language skills are advantageous.
