Your Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in Sales Cloud Service Cloud ideally CPQ and Community Cloud
- Ability to translate IT requirements into actionable measures and articulate the approach
- Deep understanding of risk evaluation and impact in IT change activities
- Analytical capabilities effective communication skills and intercultural competence
- Deep knowledge of key platform technologies: Apex Visualforce Aura LWC/Web components JavaScript HTML5 CSS
- Proficient decisionmaking ability distinguishing between programmatic and declarative approaches
- Expertise in configuring standard platform functionalities versus building from scratch
- Comfortable working within releasemanagement and agile frameworks
- Comprehensive understanding of software architecture and integration with a focus on APIfirst designs and integration for rapid prototyping and app development
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience. Several years of experience in IT service management software engineering and/or solutions development
- 3 years experience in Salesforce development
- English speaker German a plus
