Join our team as an IT Support Specialist (1st Line) and become an essential part of our IT operations. You will be responsible for supporting endusers maintaining hardware and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and networks. Your role will include troubleshooting configuration and administration within a collaborative global IT environment.
Your Role:
- Provide support for user workstation hardware (laptops printers monitors etc.).
- Offer assistance with Microsoft family services (Active Directory DNS DHCP M365).
- Support users in Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows systems efficiently.
- Handle installation and configuration of new systems per internal standards.
- Collaborate with Group IT for network equipment operations.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar function.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows systems and basic Office 365 administration.
- Experience with ticketing systems and diagnosing network issues (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform under time pressure.
- Independent reliable and committed to delivering quality solutions.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problemsolving skills.
- Fluency in English enabling seamless communication with global teams.
- Experience with basic MS Exchange functions nice to have.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune nice to have.
