Job Description
- Elicit business requirements using interviews document analysis
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources reconcile conflicts decompose highlevel information into details abstract up from lowlevel information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from underlying true need
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze information needs and requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: vision documents software requirements documents use cases and user stories
- Successfully engage in multiple projects/assignments simultaneously
- Serve as the conduit between the internal and external stakeholders and the software development team through requirements flow
- Manage and maintain requirements from inception to retirement assess changes drive requirements prioritization and approval
- Participate in new bid preparation (technical and commercial proposals for new projects) and other company activities such as interviews performance reviews workshops etc.
Qualifications :
- At least 3years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong analytical and product management skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into functional and quality requirements
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies with handson experience managing user stories sprints and backlogs
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA Confluence or similar tools for managing Agile processes and documentation
- Demonstrated success in excelling within a fastpaced global environment while effectively managing multiple priorities
- Proven problemsolving and conflictresolution skills
- Getting things done oriented
- Fluent level of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
