Designing learning objectives: Based on the learning needs analysis the instructional designer will develop learning objectives that outline what the learner should know or be able to do after completing the training.
Developing instructional materials: The instructional designer will design and develop instructional materials such as course content assessments and multimedia resources that align with the learning objectives.
Selecting instructional toolbox: The instructional designer will select appropriate instructional strategies & toolbox based on the learning objectives and the target audience.
Evaluating learning outcomes: The instructional designer will evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and materials by measuring learning outcomes and making necessary adjustments based on feedback.
