Job Description
- Analyzing learning needs: The instructional designer will work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify the learning needs of the target audience.
- Designing learning objectives: Based on the learning needs analysis the instructional designer will develop learning objectives that outline what the learner should know or be able to do after completing the training.
- Developing instructional materials: The instructional designer will design and develop instructional materials such as course content assessments and multimedia resources that align with the learning objectives.
- Selecting instructional toolbox: The instructional designer will select appropriate instructional strategies & toolbox based on the learning objectives and the target audience.
- Evaluating learning outcomes: The instructional designer will evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and materials by measuring learning outcomes and making necessary adjustments based on feedback.
Qualifications :
- English UpperIntermediate level and higher (critical)
- Learning on the fly
- Drive for result
- Analytical thinking
- Communication skills
Will be an advantage:
- Basic knowledge of HTML CSS will be advantage
- Graphic design tools (Figma Illustrator etc.) will be an advantage
