Job Description
We are seeking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our Team in Duesseldorf on major Data Centre construction projects:
- Manage overall project cost schedule and budgets.
- Manage substation projects (midvoltage).
- Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
- Analyse track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
- Run and lead client and other required meetings.
- Identify the factors that influence construction costs and can monitor and report on this data.
- Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while designbuild changes take place during construction.
- Review requests for payment.
- Record occurrence that might result in a claim acting on the clients behalf.
- Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communications.
Qualifications :
- A construction related academic qualification /degree (e.g. construction project management engineering surveying or architecture).
- Min. 4 years of working experiences in project management for construction projects; experiences in Data Centre constructions preferred.
- Advanced skills with spreadsheets report writing and presentations.
- Strong and professional communication skills with great organization skills ability to multitask.
- Must have a team attitude be selfmotivated and be willing to support other groups and projects when required.
- Fluent in English min. B2 German level.
- Available in Frankfurt area.
