Located in one of our offices in Germany (Frankfurt Munich Berlin or Hamburg) you will be responsible for talent attraction and talent acquisition activities for the Data centre / Industrial Science and Technology team in Europe as well as supporting talent acquisition across other sectors as required. This is ahandsonendtoend recruitmentrole where you will identify approach and recruit the finest project managers cost managers and project controls specialists in the European market to help deliver the best industrial science and technology construction projects for the best clients in the world. You will work closely with the Europe Data centre Recruitment Lead and the wider European recruitment team.
This role would suit a Recruiter with corporate experience or an agency Recruiterwho is looking for more variety and to develop into a corporate recruitment role in a thriving international consultancy.
You will:
Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
Createand publishjob adverts and social media campaigns
Sourcecandidates utilising variety of mediums such as social media referrals networking events etc.
Screenand interviewcandidates by phone or MS Teams
Coordinateand managehiring team interviews
Manageoffer and negotiation process
Updateapplicant tracking system to ensure for accurate reporting
Manageall communication with candidates from the moment they apply/ are approached until offer acceptance
Builda Talent Pipeline in order to cover short and longterm workforce capability for the business.
Qualifications :
BSc in Human Resource Management Business Studies or other relevant subject
Minimum 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition in Germany ideally with experience in the construction market recruiting project managers cost managers or project controls specialists.
Passion for recruiting and finding top talents in a challenging environment
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Fluency in Germany and English is essential for this role other European languages are beneficial
Able to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates
Motivated flexible and results driven
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
