Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a detailoriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on Management Information (MI) reporting and consolidating financial reports from various systems and entities. This role is critical in providing accurate and timely financial insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
*A minimum of three days working out of the NYC office is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- MI Reporting: Develop maintain and enhance MI reports to provide clear and actionable financial insights to senior management.
- Report Consolidation: Consolidate financial data from multiple systems and entities to create comprehensive reports.
- Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends variances and areas for improvement.
- System Integration: Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of financial data from various systems.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting complies with relevant regulations and internal governance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and provide financial insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role with a focus on MI reporting and data consolidation and analysis.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong Excel Skills (including Sumif XLOOKUP Pivot tables and Graphs)
- Experience with any of the following systems is a plus: Dynamics 365 PeopleSoft myFinance TM1 ServiceNow PowerBI.
- Working knowledge of month end forecasting invoicing and financial management
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
