The Contract Manager (mfd) is the primary point of contact for all queries concerning contract management within the Instrument Service department. You oversee the coordination and clarification of contract content across the organization.
- You are responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive framework of contracts and service packages in coordination with the marketing department and customers.
- Consequently you work closely with relevant departments and customers to design and finalize service contracts.
- You consult with customers and our sales team to meet customer requirements.
- Furthermore you ensure close customeroriented collaborations (especially with key accounts) to foster strong relationships and adapt service contracts to specific needs.
- You review service terms and conditions and identify potential risks with our legal team.
Qualifications :
- You have a degree in engineering business administration or a comparable specialization. Alternatively you have completed training as a technician and have several years of professional experience in the service business.
- Professional experience in management of service product portfolios or service engineering are a plus for this position.
- You are conceptually strong and communicate your proposed solutions convincingly.
- You have a high service awareness and act analytically.
- You will impress us with your strong communication skills in German and English and appreciate working in intercultural teams.
