Job Description
In this role you will drive the growth and profitability of Miltenyi Biotecs Pluripotent Stem Cell portfolio (PSCs) and Mesenchymal Stem Cells portfolio (MSCs) and market it to customers in preclinical and discovery stages worldwide.
- You will analyze and monitor global and regional market situations including new scientific trends and competitor activities to develop successful marketing and sales strategies.
- You will develop and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders in the stem cell field both scientifically and commercially.
- You will collaborate with our R&D department and support the design and development of new and innovative solutions for pluripotent stem cell research through your understanding of the field the market and customer needs.
- You will support our sales colleagues worldwide providing strategy and materials for regional market entry and product positioning.
- You will work with our Communications and Digital Marketing teams to develop and implement creative Life Cycle actions to drive sales growth and further establish our brand in the stem cell field.
Qualifications :
- You have a strong and proven background in stem cell research including handson experience with cell culture and analysis.You have an advanced degree in life sciences and ideally experience in sales or marketing in a life sciences environment.
- You are a selfstarter and enjoy taking the right actions to drive the business of your portfolio.You enjoy working across disciplines and departments at an international level.
- You have excellent presentation skills and the ability to break down complex issues for different audiences.You are a strong networker; you know what the customer wants and take the right actions to continuously improve your action plan.
- You are an excellent communicator especially in English and enjoy travelling internationally (approximately 20%).
