We have an additional opening for a Global Key Account Manager based in France UK BeNeLux or DACH region with a strong background in Cell and Gene Therapies.
The Global Key Account Manager Biopharma is responsible for building and sustaining longterm mutually beneficial business relationships with selected Global Key Accounts worldwide encompassing all Miltenyi Biotec products workflow solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a Miltenyi Biotec corporatewide strategy to drive sustainable business growth with assigned global key accounts.
- Establish and cultivate enduring valuedriven and trustbased relationships with senior leadership and key decisionmakers at customer organizations positioning Miltenyi Biotec as the preferred and trusted partner for Cell and Gene Therapies from drug research through to clinical development and commercialization. Interact effectively at Director VP and Executive levels to communicate compelling value propositions with demonstrable benefits.
- Develop communicate and execute actionable strategies in close collaboration with field sales and key enabling partnering functions and department across the Miltenyi Biotec organization to achieve identified global business growth objectives.
- Advocate for the customers within the organization. Play a pivotal role in enabling successful strategic collaborations by fostering open communication and driving alignment at all levels across corporate functions including Sales Service Business Development R&D Marketing Supply Chain Quality Regulatory Affairs Finance and Legal.
- Own account mapping activities leverage business insights & analytics to identify new business development opportunities provide accurate sales forecasts in alignment with local sales.
- Act as an ambassador for the team by exemplifying excellence in key account management execution and collaborative working
Qualifications :
- Advanced degree (e.g. Masters Ph.D.) in Biology Chemistry or a related scientific field complemented by 10 years in a customerfacing role with increasing levels of responsibility including demonstrable leadership or direct management experience.
- Experience in the Life Science Industry with a deep understanding of the pharma and biotech markets. Specific experience in the Cell and Gene Therapies domain is expected.
- Global key account management experience with a proven ability to sell and articulate impactful value propositions to senior management and executive levels. Proven ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity in a fastpaced matrixed environment. Ability to drive strategies to execution with strong collaboration and project management skills.
- Excellent communication teamwork and leadership skills. Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills; capable of influencing without authority; selfawareness and high emotional intelligence. Strategic and critical thinking analytical and problemsolving skills balanced with vision and innovative thinking.
