This position involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of these products from development to market placement and eventual retirement.
- The role requires analyzing market trends understanding customer needs and monitoring competitor activities to inform product strategies and meet evolving demands.
- Additionally you will be collaborating with various teams including R&D production and quality control to develop and launch a range of products that align with industry trends and customer needs.
- Creating effective marketing materials tailored to both research and clinical audiences is also a key responsibility.
- The role includes providing training for internal teams on product features and applications as well as building strong relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners to refine product strategies and gather insights for continuous improvement.
- You will optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability throughout the products lifecycle.
Qualifications :
- The ideal candidate should have a PhD in life sciences or a related field or a Bachelors/masters degree with relevant industry experience preferably in the biopharma biotech or CDMO sectors.
- Handson expertise in flow cytometry knowledge of cell and gene therapies and familiarity with GMP guidelines are highly desirable. Understanding IVD regulations is a plus.
- You have a proven ability to foster collaboration ensuring alignment and effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- You should also demonstrate strong organizational and timemanagement skills the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and fluency in English.
- A willingness to travel internationally up to 25% is also required.
