Our Account Management team lies at the heart and soul of Wolt ensuring all our existing restaurant partners and Wolts success in Germany. As Wolt grows both in scale and scope of offering the strength of our account management engine must grow with it.
As a Key Account Management team member you will manage an exclusive portfolio of toptier restaurant accounts. Your mission is to forge stronger bonds help your partners succeed drive profitability and enhance operational effectiveness across your portfolio by leveraging a continuously expanding suite of technologically advanced products and services.
Youre excited about this opportunity because you will
- Take care of your own restaurant portfolio.
- Develop and foster strong partner relationships with stakeholders across all senioritylevels of mid to large national brands.
- Regularly report and identify performance improvement opportunities with your partners e.g in MBRs and QBRs to derive actionable insights for CLevel. Aim to ensure that we jointly deliver the best experience for Wolts customers
- Promote and negotiate on new services and marketing campaigns to existing partners.
- Work closely with the marketing operations and your restaurant partners to plan and execute various events.
- Analyze the local market on an ongoing basis and actively monitor what our competitors are doing and report back.

Qualifications :
- Fluent in German and good English skills.
- 3 years experience in Key Account Supplier or Vendor Management
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent partner experience
- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- Good timemanagement skills with a problemsolving attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt the tone to suit the audience
- High sense of ownership and proactivity
- Knowledge or previous exposure to analytical dashboards (ex. Looker Power BI) or datadriven decisionmaking
- Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Its even a plus if you have
- Knowledge or previous experience in the Restaurant Food and Beverage Hospitality or related industries
- Experience from working with a CRM system
- Experience with content creation editing or marketing
- Experience with Google Workspace
