Job Description

  • Lead and implement the HR policies procedures and align HR activities at the designated business unit.
  • Monitor HR Analytics to enhance employee productivity.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Identify critical roles through a robust succession planning process.
  • Build organizational capability aligned with business strategy.
  • Support the operations and sales team in identifying and developing highpotential talent.
  • Ensure structured and transparent implementation of the performance management process and to provide the necessary facilitation and support to employees and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage payroll monthly while ensuring timely closure of all payrollrelated processes such as attendance leaves provident fund promotions transfers grievances employees records etc.
  • Lead employee relations for the store and to ensure compliance with all labor law and legal requirements.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree preferably in HR
